Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver warm, efficient customer service at the cashwrap and create a lasting brand impression.
  • Process sales transactions, returns, repairs and damaged-goods procedures in accordance with company standards.
  • Maintain operational accuracy in cash handling, media management and end-of-shift audits.
  • Promote the Insider Program, gift cards and add-on sales to maximize transaction value.
  • Keep the cashwrap organized and equipment operational; report issues promptly.
  • Support team development by assisting in training and mentoring fellow cashiers.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in cashier or retail roles; luxury retail experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with POS systems, mobile technology and basic computer skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and peak seasons.
  • Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs) and maneuver sales floor and stockroom safely.
  • Strong English language proficiency.

Experience

At least 1 year in cashier or retail positions; prior luxury retail or outlet experience is preferred. A combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
