Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service at checkout, greeting customers warmly and creating a lasting impression aligned with Coach Service standards
- Act as a brand ambassador for the Insider Program, promoting add-on sales and gift cards
- Maintain accuracy in cash handling, media management, and compliance with all company policies
- Process returns, repairs, and damaged goods per company standards; complete end-of-shift audits with management
- Keep the cashwrap organized and clean; monitor equipment and report issues promptly
- Assist in training and mentoring other cashiers to uphold service and operational excellence
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in cashier or retail roles; luxury retail experience preferred
- Proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems and mobile technology
- Basic computer skills
- Strong English language proficiency
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly, up to 50 lbs occasionally; able to climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom

Experience
Minimum 1 year of experience in cashier or retail roles. A combination of relevant education and professional experience will be considered. Luxury retail experience is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; a combination of education and experience will be considered.
