Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, efficient customer service at the cashwrap; greet customers and ensure a branded shopper experience at checkout.
- Operate point-of-sale systems accurately to process sales, returns, repairs, exchanges and gift card transactions.
- Promote the Insider Program and other add-on sales to maximize conversion and average transaction value.
- Maintain strict accuracy in cash handling and media management; comply with all loss-prevention and cash control procedures.
- Complete end-of-shift audits and reconciliations in collaboration with management.
- Keep the cashwrap area organized, clean and operational; monitor equipment and report maintenance issues promptly.
- Support team development by assisting in onboarding, training and informal mentoring of fellow cashiers.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience in cashier or retail roles; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Proven accuracy with cash handling and transaction reconciliation.
- Familiarity with POS systems, mobile retail technology and basic computer applications.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and peak seasonal periods.
- Capacity to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), bend, climb and maneuver across sales floor and stockroom.

Experience
At least 1 year of experience in cashiering or retail; prior experience in luxury or premium retail environments is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; a combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.
