Coach Cashier III position in San Antonio, TX. Part-time retail cashier role with POS experience, $15–$19.50/hour plus benefits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service at checkout by greeting customers warmly and creating a lasting impression through genuine interactions
- Act as brand ambassador for the Insider Program, promoting add-on sales, gift cards, and membership enrollment
- Maintain accuracy in cash handling, media management, and strict compliance with all operational policies and procedures
- Process returns, repairs, and damaged goods according to company standards; complete end-of-shift audits with management
- Keep cashwrap area organized, clean, and properly stocked; monitor equipment and report maintenance issues promptly
- Assist in training and mentoring cashiers to uphold service and operational excellence across the store
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in cashier or retail roles
- Luxury retail experience preferred
- Proficiency with POS systems and mobile technology
- Strong English language proficiency
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak trading periods
