Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service at checkout, greet customers warmly, and create a lasting impression
- Promote the Insider Program, add-on sales, and gift cards as a brand ambassador
- Maintain accuracy in cash handling, media management, and compliance with all company policies
- Process returns, repairs, and damaged goods per company standards; complete end-of-shift audits with management
- Keep cashwrap organized, clean, and well-maintained; monitor equipment and report issues promptly
- Assist in training and mentoring cashiers to uphold service and operational excellence
- Work flexible retail schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons, and public holidays
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in cashier or retail roles
- Luxury retail experience preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems, mobile technology, and basic computer skills
- Strong English language proficiency
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
