Role & Responsibilities

  • Execute accurate, efficient point-of-sale transactions including cash, card and digital payments while maintaining strict cash-handling discipline and end-of-shift reconciliation.
  • Deliver exemplary client service consistent with Coach’s brand standards, building rapport with guests, supporting clienteling initiatives and assisting with VIP service when required.
  • Process returns, exchanges and layaways in accordance with store policy and ensure proper documentation for all transactions.
  • Support sales floor operations through visual merchandising maintenance, replenishment of stock, and upkeep of product displays to uphold brand presentation.
  • Observe loss-prevention procedures, report discrepancies or suspicious activity, and collaborate with the store leadership team to maintain a secure retail environment.
  • Assist with inventory receiving, tagging and system updates, and contribute to ad-hoc retail tasks during peak periods or promotional events.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of reliable cash handling and point-of-sale operation with strong attention to numerical accuracy.
  • Demonstrable client-facing retail experience; prior luxury or premium-brand retail experience preferred.
  • Professional demeanour, polished communication skills, and the ability to deliver service tailored to a high-end clientele.
  • Availability to work flexible retail hours including evenings, weekends and peak seasonal periods.
  • Legal authorization to work in the hiring country.

Experience
