Coach seeks a Cashier III in Kittery, Maine. Full retail point-of-sale role with training responsibilities; $15–$19.50/hr, comprehensive benefits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service at checkout; greet customers warmly and create a lasting impression through genuine interactions
- Act as brand ambassador for the Insider Program; promote add-on sales, gift cards, and loyalty engagement
- Maintain accuracy in cash handling, media management, payment processing, and strict compliance with all Company policies
- Process returns, repairs, and damaged goods in accordance with Company standards; complete end-of-shift audits with management
- Keep cashwrap organized, clean, and well-maintained; monitor equipment and report issues promptly to management
- Assist in training and mentoring junior cashiers to uphold service and operational excellence standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in cashier or retail roles
- Luxury retail experience preferred or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- Proficiency with POS systems, mobile payment technology, and basic computer skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally; ability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom areas
- Strong English language proficiency

1+ years of experience in cashier or retail roles; luxury retail experience preferred
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; a combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
