Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver warm, efficient customer service at the cashwrap and ensure a positive final impression for each client.
  • Operate POS systems accurately; manage cash, card, and other media with strict adherence to company policies and cash-handling procedures.
  • Promote the Insider loyalty program, add-on sales, and gift cards to drive store revenue.
  • Process returns, repairs, and damaged-goods transactions in accordance with company standards and complete end-of-shift audits with management.
  • Maintain an organized, clean cashwrap; monitor point-of-sale equipment and report issues promptly.
  • Support onboarding and development of other cashiers through training, mentoring, and coaching.
  • Perform physical tasks as required — lifting and moving merchandise, stocking, and assisting on the sales floor and in the stockroom.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of cashier or retail experience; luxury retail background preferred.
  • Demonstrated familiarity with POS systems, mobile technology, and basic computer applications.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, peak season, and public holidays.
  • Strong verbal English proficiency.
  • Ability to regularly lift at least 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; ability to climb, bend, kneel and maneuver throughout sales floor and stock areas.

Experience
