Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary, personalized client service consistent with Coach’s luxury positioning at every point of sale.
- Operate the store’s point-of-sale (POS) system accurately to process sales, returns, exchanges and payments across multiple tenders.
- Manage cash and electronic transaction reconciliations; open and close cash drawer according to established procedures and maintain accurate records.
- Adhere to loss-prevention, cash-handling and compliance policies; promptly report discrepancies or suspicious activity to management.
- Support visual merchandising and floor presentation to maintain an elevated brand environment.
- Assist with inventory counts, receiving and basic stock replenishment; collaborate with sales colleagues to maximise conversion and average transaction value.
- Participate in store team meetings, training and coaching to continuously improve product knowledge and clienteling techniques.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; retail-related certifications are a plus.
- Demonstrable numeracy and strong attention to detail for accurate cash handling and reconciliation.
- Trustworthy with a track record of responsible cash or financial handling.
- Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings and holiday periods.
- Professional presentation and the ability to embody Coach’s brand etiquette when interacting with clientele.

Experience
Typically 1+ year of cashier or retail sales experience; experience in luxury or premium retail environments is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent.
