Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalized guest service consistent with Coach brand standards during every point of contact.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems to process cash, credit/debit card and gift card transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain and reconcile the cash drawer; prepare and submit daily cash reports and follow opening/closing procedures.
- Support selling floor operations through product knowledge, up-selling, and contributing to sales targets.
- Assist with inventory functions including receiving, tagging, and restocking merchandise; participate in stock counts as required.
- Uphold store visual merchandising and housekeeping standards; assist with seasonal store resets and display maintenance.
- Adhere to loss prevention protocols and report suspicious activity or discrepancies to management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; retail or customer-service training advantageous.
- Proven reliability, integrity and ability to handle cash responsibly.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a polished, client-focused demeanour appropriate for luxury retail.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and holidays as required by retail staffing needs.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks such as lifting and moving merchandise.

Experience
Typically 0–2 years of retail or cashier experience; prior experience in luxury or premium retail environments is a strong plus.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent.
