Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service at checkout by greeting customers warmly and creating a lasting impression aligned with Coach Service standards
  • Promote the Insider Program and drive add-on sales including gift cards and brand initiatives
  • Maintain accuracy in cash handling, media management, and strict compliance with all financial policies
  • Process returns, repairs, and damaged goods according to company protocols and complete end-of-shift audits with management
  • Keep the cashwrap organized, clean, and operational; monitor equipment and report any issues promptly to supervisors
  • Assist in training and mentoring junior cashiers to ensure consistent service and operational excellence

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in cashier or retail roles
  • Luxury retail experience preferred
  • Familiarity with POS (Point of Sale) systems and mobile technology
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency with standard office software
  • Ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Strong English language proficiency
  • Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom areas
