Coach is hiring a Part-time Cashier II in Halton Hills, Ontario. Join Coach (Tapestry) to deliver exceptional client service at the cashwrap.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, attentive service at the cashwrap and ensure an efficient, accurate checkout experience.
- Promote the Insider loyalty programme, gift cards and relevant add-on sales to drive conversion and average transaction value.
- Execute precise cash handling, media management and point-of-sale transactions in compliance with company policies.
- Process returns, repairs and damaged-goods procedures; complete end-of-shift audits and reconcile tills with management.
- Maintain a tidy, fully operational cashwrap; monitor and report equipment or systems issues promptly.
- Support team capability by assisting in the onboarding, training and mentoring of cashiers to uphold service and operational standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a cashier or retail role; prior luxury retail experience preferred.
- Proven accuracy with cash handling and point-of-sale transactions.
- Comfortable working a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs) and perform stockroom/sales-floor physical tasks.
- Strong English communication skills; a combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.

Experience
At least one year of hands-on experience in cashiering or retail sales; experience within luxury or premium retail environments is an advantage.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; a combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 17.60 to CAD 22 per hour.
