Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver warm, efficient checkout service and ensure a positive final brand impression at the cashwrap.
  • Process sales transactions, returns, repairs and damaged‑goods procedures in accordance with company policy.
  • Maintain strict accuracy in cash handling, media management and end‑of‑shift audits; report discrepancies to store management.
  • Promote the Insider (loyalty) program, gift cards and relevant add‑on sales to maximise conversion and AUR.
  • Keep the cashwrap and associated equipment organised and operational; report and escalate technical issues.
  • Support training and mentorship of junior cashiers to uphold Coach service standards and operational consistency.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of cashier or retail experience; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and mobile technology; basic computer literacy.
  • Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
  • Capacity to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and to maneuver on the sales floor and in the stockroom.
  • Strong English language proficiency.

Experience

At least 1 year of experience in cashiering or retail sales; prior luxury retail exposure is advantageous. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
