Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service at checkout, greeting customers warmly and creating a lasting impression
- Promote the Insider Program and drive add-on sales and gift card transactions
- Maintain accuracy in cash handling, payment media management, and strict compliance with all operational policies
- Process returns, repairs, and damaged goods according to company standards, completing end-of-shift audits with management
- Maintain an organized and clean cashwrap environment while monitoring equipment and promptly reporting any issues
- Assist in training and mentoring other cashiers to uphold service and operational excellence standards
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in cashier or retail roles
- Luxury retail experience strongly preferred
- Proficiency with POS systems and mobile technology
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced retail environment, including nights, weekends, and peak seasons
- Physical ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), and to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver across sales floor and stockroom
- Strong English language proficiency

1+ years of experience in cashier or retail roles; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of relevant education and experience will be considered.
