Role & Responsibilities

  • Operate the point-of-sale system accurately to process sales, exchanges, returns and gift receipts while maintaining excellent client communication.
  • Manage cash drawer and payment reconciliation, ensuring compliance with cash-handling procedures and daily reconciliation protocols.
  • Deliver personalised, high-touch client service: greet clients, respond to inquiries, recommend products and support sales targets through appropriate upselling.
  • Maintain store presentation and merchandising standards, replenish inventory on the sales floor and assist with visual directives.
  • Adhere to loss-prevention, privacy and store security policies; report discrepancies and participate in inventory counts as required.
  • Support opening and closing procedures, including till start/end, store readiness checks and timely handover notes for colleagues.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Demonstrable numeracy and attention to detail for cash-handling and transaction accuracy.
  • Professional communication skills and a client-centric demeanour appropriate to a luxury retail environment.
  • Availability to work retail shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays as required.

Experience
