Coach (Tapestry) seeks a part-time Cashier in Houston, TX (Memorial City). Customer-facing role with hourly pay $15–$19.50.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, efficient and accurate customer service at the cashwrap and create a lasting brand impression.
- Process purchases, returns, repairs, and damaged-goods procedures in accordance with company standards.
- Ensure precise cash handling and media management; complete end-of-shift audits and report discrepancies.
- Promote the Insider loyalty program, gift cards and add-on sales to maximise basket value.
- Maintain a clean, organised cashwrap; monitor POS equipment and escalate technical issues promptly.
- Support team development by training, mentoring and modelling Coach service and operational standards.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of cashier or retail experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems and mobile retail technology; competent with basic computer functions.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, high‑traffic days and public holidays.
- Physical ability to lift regularly at least 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs) and manoeuvre the sales floor and stockroom.
- Strong English language proficiency.

Experience
Minimum of one year in cashier or retail roles; prior luxury retail exposure is advantageous. A combination of relevant education and experience will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; combination of education and retail experience accepted.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
