Coach in Halton Hills, Ontario seeks a part-time Cashier. Deliver exceptional client service at the cashwrap for Coach retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary customer service at the cashwrap; greet clients warmly and ensure a polished brand experience.
- Operate point-of-sale systems accurately to process sales, returns, repairs and handle gift card transactions.
- Maintain precision in cash handling and media management; complete end-of-shift audits in partnership with management.
- Promote the Insider Program and suggest relevant add-on sales to drive client value and conversion.
- Keep the cashwrap organised and operational; monitor equipment and report technical or stockroom issues promptly.
- Assist in onboarding, training and mentoring fellow cashiers to maintain service and operational standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience in cashier or retail roles; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems, mobile technology and basic computer applications.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Capacity to lift at least 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally; able to climb, bend and manoeuvre the sales floor and stockroom.
Skills
Experience
At least one year of experience in cashiering or retail; prior experience in luxury or premium retail environments is an asset.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 17.60 to CAD 22 per hour.
