Coach Cashier
Coach is hiring a part-time Cashier in Halton Hills, Ontario — $17.60–$22.00/hr. Deliver exceptional client service at the cashwrap for Coach.

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, efficient, and accurate customer service at the cashwrap; greet clients and create a lasting brand impression.
- Operate the point-of-sale system and mobile checkout devices while ensuring media and cash-handling accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Promote the Insider Program, add-on sales and gift cards to drive attach rates and client retention.
- Process returns, repairs, and damaged goods according to company standards and complete end-of-shift audits with management.
- Maintain an organized, clean cashwrap; monitor and report equipment issues promptly.
- Assist in training, mentoring and coaching other cashiers to uphold service and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of cashier or retail experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems, mobile checkout technology and basic computer applications.
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Capacity to lift regularly at least 25 lbs (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and to climb, bend, kneel and manage stockroom/sales floor tasks.
- Strong English language proficiency.
Skills
Experience
At least 1 year of experience in cashier or retail roles; prior experience in luxury or premium retail environments is preferred. A combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
Education
No formal degree required; a combination of education and experience will be considered.

Compensation
