Coach Temporary Cashier position in Gimpo, South Korea – flexible part-time retail role with POS and customer service focus.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service at checkout, greeting customers warmly and creating lasting impressions
- Promote the Insider Program and add-on sales opportunities, including gift cards
- Maintain accuracy in cash handling, media management, and strict compliance with all company policies
- Process returns, repairs, and damaged goods according to established company standards; complete end-of-shift audits with management
- Keep the cashwrap organized, clean, and properly stocked; monitor equipment and report malfunctions promptly
- Assist in training and mentoring junior cashiers to uphold service and operational excellence standards
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in cashier or retail roles
- Luxury retail experience preferred
- Proficiency with POS systems and mobile technology
- Basic computer skills
- Strong English language proficiency
