Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service at checkout, greeting customers warmly and creating lasting impressions aligned with Coach brand standards
• Act as an ambassador for the Insider Program, promoting membership add-on sales and gift cards to enhance customer lifetime value
• Maintain accuracy and compliance in cash handling, media management, and adherence to all company policies and procedures
• Process returns, repairs, and damaged goods according to established company standards; complete end-of-shift audits with management
• Keep the cashwrap organized and clean; monitor equipment functionality and promptly report any operational issues
• Assist in training and mentoring other cashiers to ensure consistent service excellence and operational proficiency

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in cashier or retail roles; luxury retail experience strongly preferred
• Demonstrated proficiency with POS systems, mobile technology, and basic computer applications
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-traffic retail environment with flexible scheduling requirements
• Strong English language proficiency
• Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom areas

Experience

1+ years of cashier or retail experience; luxury retail background preferred. A combination of relevant education and hands-on experience will be considered.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
