Coach seeks a Temporary Cashier to deliver exceptional customer service at the cashwrap while maintaining operational accuracy and supporting team development. The role requires efficient, friendly service during peak retail periods, with responsibility for cash handling, POS system management, and brand ambassador duties including promotion of the Insider Program and add-on sales. The position offers flexible scheduling, including nights, weekends, and peak seasons.

Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service at checkout; greet customers warmly and create a lasting impression through genuine interactions
• Act as a brand ambassador for the Insider Program; promote add-on sales and gift cards
• Maintain accuracy in cash handling, media management, and compliance with all policies and procedures
• Process returns, repairs, and damaged goods per company standards; complete end-of-shift audits with management
• Keep the cashwrap organized and clean; monitor equipment and report issues promptly
• Assist in training and mentoring other cashiers to uphold service and operational excellence

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in cashier or retail roles; luxury retail experience preferred
• Familiarity with POS systems, mobile technology, and basic computer skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexible scheduling requirements
• Strong English language proficiency
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally); comfortable climbing, bending, kneeling, and maneuvering sales floor and stockroom

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
