Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, attentive service to customers at checkout and create a lasting impression through genuine interactions aligned with Coach Service standards
- Promote the Insider Program, add-on sales, and gift cards as a brand ambassador
- Maintain accuracy in cash handling, media processing, and compliance with all company policies and procedures
- Process returns, repairs, and damaged goods according to company standards; complete end-of-shift audits with management
- Keep the cashwrap organized, clean, and well-maintained; monitor equipment and report issues promptly to management
- Assist in training and mentoring fellow cashiers to uphold operational and service excellence
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in cashier or retail roles; luxury retail experience preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems, mobile technology, and basic computer skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexibility for nights, weekends, and peak seasons
- Strong English language proficiency
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver throughout sales floor and stockroom

Experience
1+ years in cashier or retail roles; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; a combination of education and professional retail experience will be considered.
