Coach Cashier position in Edmonton, Alberta. Full-time retail role processing transactions and delivering exceptional customer experience. CAD $17.60–$22.00/hour.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service at checkout; greet customers warmly and create a lasting impression through genuine interactions
- Promote the Insider Program, add-on sales, and gift cards as an ambassador for the brand
- Maintain accuracy in cash handling, media management, and compliance with all financial policies
- Process returns, repairs, and damaged goods per company standards; complete end-of-shift audits with management
- Keep the cashwrap organized and clean; monitor equipment and report issues promptly to management
- Train and mentor cashiers to uphold Coach Service standards and operational excellence
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in cashier or retail roles
- Luxury retail experience preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems and mobile technology
- Basic computer skills
- Strong English language proficiency
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally)
- Physical capability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom

1+ years in cashier or retail roles; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of relevant education and experience will be considered.
