Coach Temporary Cashier (Edinburgh, IN) – $15–$19.50/hr. Exceptional customer service at checkout with POS and team support.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service at checkout; greet customers warmly and create lasting impressions
- Act as brand ambassador for the Insider Program and promote add-on sales and gift cards
- Maintain accuracy in cash handling, media management, and compliance with all company policies
- Process returns, repairs, and damaged goods per company standards; complete end-of-shift audits with management
- Keep cashwrap organized and clean; monitor equipment and report issues promptly
- Assist in training and mentoring fellow cashiers to uphold service and operational excellence
Qualifications
- 1+ years cashier or retail experience
- Familiarity with POS systems and mobile technology
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and peak seasons
- Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally)
- Strong English language proficiency
- Ability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
Skills
Experience
Minimum 1 year in cashier or retail roles; luxury retail experience preferred
Education
Equivalent experience may substitute for formal education; combination of education and experience considered

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
