Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver courteous, efficient service at the cashwrap; greet customers and ensure a positive final impression.
  • Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately; process sales, returns, repairs and damaged-goods transactions per company policy.
  • Maintain cash-handling accuracy and media management; complete end-of-shift audits with management.
  • Promote the Insider Program, add-on sales and gift cards to maximise conversion and average transaction value.
  • Keep the cashwrap and associated equipment clean and operational; report faults promptly.
  • Support team development by assisting with training and mentoring of cashiers to uphold service and operational standards.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year in cashier or retail roles; luxury retail experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with POS systems, mobile retail technologies and basic computer applications.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
  • Physical ability to lift regularly at least 25 lbs (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and to climb, bend, kneel and move between sales floor and stockroom.
  • Strong spoken English.

Experience
