Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver courteous, efficient service at the cashwrap; greet customers and ensure a positive final impression.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately; process sales, returns, repairs and damaged-goods transactions per company policy.
- Maintain cash-handling accuracy and media management; complete end-of-shift audits with management.
- Promote the Insider Program, add-on sales and gift cards to maximise conversion and average transaction value.
- Keep the cashwrap and associated equipment clean and operational; report faults promptly.
- Support team development by assisting with training and mentoring of cashiers to uphold service and operational standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year in cashier or retail roles; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems, mobile retail technologies and basic computer applications.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Physical ability to lift regularly at least 25 lbs (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and to climb, bend, kneel and move between sales floor and stockroom.
- Strong spoken English.

Experience
At least 1 year of experience in cashier or retail roles; prior experience in luxury retail is preferred. A combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; equivalent combinations of education and experience accepted.
