Coach in Eagan, Minnesota is hiring a part-time Cashier to deliver exceptional checkout service, manage POS transactions and promote the Insider programme.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, efficient service at the cashwrap; greet customers and ensure a positive, brand‑consistent checkout experience.
- Operate POS systems accurately; manage cash handling, payment media and end‑of‑shift audits in compliance with company policies.
- Promote the Insider loyalty programme, gift cards and relevant add‑on sales to maximise conversion and average transaction value.
- Process returns, repairs and damaged‑goods transactions in accordance with Coach standards and procedures.
- Maintain an organised, clean cashwrap; monitor register equipment and promptly report operational issues.
- Support team development by assisting in training and mentoring junior cashiers to uphold service and operational excellence.
- Perform physical tasks required for retail stock and floor operations, including occasional lifting (regularly up to 25 lbs, occasionally up to 50 lbs).
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience in cashier or retail roles; prior luxury retail experience is preferred.
- Demonstrable cash handling accuracy and familiarity with registers, payment media and end‑of‑shift reconciliation.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, customer‑facing retail environment with flexible scheduling (nights, weekends, holidays).
- Strong English language proficiency.
Skills
Experience
At least one year of direct cashier or retail experience. Luxury retail background and prior exposure to branded loyalty programmes or high‑volume environments are advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; a combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 21.75 per hour.
