Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, efficient and brand‑consistent customer service at the cashwrap, greeting clients, processing sales and creating positive final impressions.
- Operate point‑of‑sale systems accurately, manage payments and media, and complete end‑of‑shift audits in compliance with company policies.
- Promote the Insider loyalty program, drive add‑on sales and upsell gift cards to maximise transactional value.
- Process returns, repairs and damaged‑goods transactions according to company standards and document exceptions for management review.
- Maintain an organised, clean cashwrap and monitor POS equipment; report maintenance issues promptly.
- Train and mentor fellow cashiers to uphold service standards and operational accuracy.
- Adhere to loss‑prevention, cash‑handling and corporate compliance procedures at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience in cashier or retail roles; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Proven proficiency with POS systems, mobile technology and basic computer applications.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, public holidays and peak retail periods.
- Capacity to lift regularly at least 25 lbs (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and perform stockroom and sales‑floor tasks.
- Strong verbal English communication skills.

Experience
At least 1 year of cashier or retail experience is required; previous experience in luxury or premium retail environments is preferred. Experience training or mentoring other front‑line staff is an advantage.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
