Coach Cashier position in Cypress, Texas - Part-time retail checkout role with competitive hourly pay ($15.00-$19.50) and comprehensive benefits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service at checkout, greeting customers warmly and creating a lasting impression aligned with Coach Service standards
- Act as an ambassador for the Insider Program, promoting add-on sales, gift cards, and loyalty enrollment
- Maintain accuracy in cash handling, payment processing, media management, and strict compliance with all policies and procedures
- Process returns, repairs, and damaged goods according to company standards; complete end-of-shift reconciliation and audits with management
- Keep the cashwrap organized and clean; monitor POS equipment and report technical issues promptly
- Assist in training and mentoring team members to uphold operational and customer service excellence
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in cashier or retail roles
- Luxury retail experience preferred
- Proficiency with POS systems and mobile technology
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with standard retail software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment during peak traffic periods
- Strong English language proficiency
- Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver the sales floor and stockroom
