Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, efficient, and brand‑consistent service at the cashwrap to create a lasting customer impression.
- Operate POS and mobile transactions accurately; handle cash, cards and media with strict adherence to company policies.
- Promote the Insider Program, gift cards and add‑on sales to drive incremental revenue.
- Process returns, repairs and damaged goods per company standards and complete end‑of‑shift audits with management.
- Maintain an organized, clean cashwrap; monitor POS equipment and report issues promptly.
- Assist in training and mentoring fellow cashiers to uphold service standards and operational accuracy.
- Perform physical tasks required for retail operations, including lifting inventory (regularly up to 25 lbs; occasionally up to 50 lbs).
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of cashier or retail experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Proven accuracy in cash handling and familiarity with POS systems and mobile transaction technology.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays and peak retail periods.
- Strong verbal English proficiency and exceptional customer‑service orientation.
- Comfort working in a fast‑paced, high‑traffic retail environment and performing physical stocking tasks.

Experience
At least 1 year of cashier or retail experience; prior luxury or premium retail exposure is preferred. A combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
Education
