Coach Cashier position in Clinton, Connecticut. Part-time retail role managing point of sale transactions and customer service. $15-$19.50/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service at checkout by greeting customers warmly and creating a lasting brand impression
- Promote the Insider Program and drive add-on sales and gift card purchases
- Maintain accuracy in cash handling, media management, and strict compliance with all policies and procedures
- Process returns, repairs, and damaged goods according to company standards; complete end-of-shift audits with management
- Keep the cashwrap organized and clean; monitor equipment and report issues promptly
- Assist in training and mentoring cashiers to uphold service and operational excellence
- Lift and maneuver merchandise and materials (up to 25 lbs regularly, 50 lbs occasionally) and navigate the sales floor and stockroom
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in cashier or retail roles; luxury retail experience preferred
- Proficiency with POS systems, mobile technology, and basic computer skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Strong English language proficiency
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally, and to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver within the sales floor and stockroom

Experience
Minimum 1+ years in cashier or retail roles; luxury retail experience is preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; a combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.
