Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, efficient and brand‑consistent customer service at the cashwrap; greet customers and create memorable interactions.
- Operate POS and mobile checkout devices accurately while promoting the Insider Program, add‑on sales and gift cards.
- Maintain operational integrity through precise cash handling, media management and adherence to company policies and loss‑prevention procedures.
- Process returns, repairs and damaged goods according to company standards and complete end‑of‑shift audits with management.
- Keep the cashwrap and associated equipment organized, clean and fully operational; report technical or stocking issues promptly.
- Support team development by assisting in the onboarding, training and mentoring of new cashiers and frontline colleagues.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year in a cashier or retail role; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems, mobile checkout technology and basic computer applications.
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Capability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally; able to climb, bend, kneel and maneuver on the sales floor and in the stockroom.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Combination of education and experience will be considered.
