Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, efficient and brand‑aligned customer service at the cashwrap; create a positive and lasting impression at checkout.
- Operate POS and mobile transaction systems accurately; manage cash, card and media reconciliation in compliance with company policies.
- Promote the Insider loyalty program, gift cards and add‑on sales to maximise average transaction value.
- Process returns, repairs and damaged‑goods workflows per company standards and complete end‑of‑shift audits with management.
- Maintain an organised, presentable cashwrap; monitor equipment and promptly report operational issues.
- Assist in onboarding, training and mentoring other cashiers to sustain service and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in cashier or retail roles; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Demonstrable accuracy in cash handling and media reconciliation; familiarity with returns and repair procedures.
- Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑traffic retail environment and adapt to fluctuating business peaks.
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, holidays and peak seasonal trading periods.
- Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; capable of climbing, bending and moving throughout sales floor and stockroom.

Education
