Coach is hiring a part-time Cashier in Albertville, Minnesota, to deliver exceptional checkout service, maintain cashwrap accuracy and support cashier training. The role includes flexible scheduling for nights, weekends, peak season, high-traffic days and public holidays.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional service at checkout, greet customers warmly and create a lasting impression.
- Act as an ambassador for the Insider Program and promote add-on sales and gift cards.
- Handle cash and media accurately and comply with all policies.
- Process returns, repairs and damaged goods in accordance with company standards; complete end-of-shift audits with management.
- Keep the cashwrap clean and organized, monitor equipment and report issues promptly.
- Assist with training and mentoring cashiers to uphold service and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, peak busy season, high-traffic retail days and public holidays.
- Able to regularly lift at least 25 lbs. and occasionally up to 50 lbs., climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom.
Skills
Experience
1+ years in cashier or retail roles; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
