Coach Temporary Cashier position in Albertville, MN—luxury retail POS, customer service, $15–$19.50/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service at checkout, greeting customers warmly and creating a lasting positive impression aligned with Coach Service standards
- Act as a brand ambassador for the Insider Program, promoting add-on sales, gift cards, and customer loyalty initiatives
- Maintain accuracy in cash handling, media management, and strict adherence to all company policies and procedures
- Process returns, repairs, and damaged goods according to established company standards; complete end-of-shift audits in collaboration with management
- Keep the cashwrap area organized and clean; monitor point-of-sale equipment and report any technical issues promptly
- Support training and mentoring efforts to help other cashiers maintain service excellence and operational standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in cashier or retail roles; luxury retail experience preferred
- Demonstrated proficiency with POS systems, mobile technology, and basic computer skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment
- Strong English language proficiency
- Capability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom areas
- Flexibility to work varying schedules including nights, weekends, peak seasons, and public holidays

Experience
1+ years of experience in cashier or retail roles; luxury retail experience is preferred. A combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
