Role & Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily cash operations and lead the cashier team to ensure efficient, accurate point-of-sale service.
  • Perform register opening and closing procedures, reconcile tills, prepare deposit documentation and resolve discrepancies.
  • Train and mentor cashiers on POS usage, refunds/exchanges, cash-handling best practices and customer service standards.
  • Enforce loss-prevention policies, report suspicious activity, and maintain adherence to company cash-control procedures.
  • Collaborate with store management to implement merchandising initiatives, sales promotions and operational priorities.
