Role & Responsibilities

  • Execute accurate and efficient point-of-sale transactions including sales, returns, exchanges and gift receipts while maintaining compliance with company procedures.
  • Manage cash drawer operations and daily reconciliation; prepare deposits and reports with meticulous attention to accuracy.
  • Deliver exceptional client service and clienteling: greet guests, respond to inquiries, make product recommendations and support client follow-up.
  • Support sales floor activities and visual merchandising standards to uphold the brand’s presentation and assist in achieving store KPIs.
  • Adhere to loss-prevention protocols and company policies; escalate discrepancies and suspicious activity according to established procedures.
  • Assist with opening and closing duties, inventory counts and merchandise replenishment as required.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience handling cash and operating point-of-sale systems in a retail environment.
  • Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail for cash reconciliation and transaction processing.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused attitude.
  • Demonstrated integrity, reliability and adherence to loss-prevention and compliance protocols.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and holiday periods typical to luxury retail schedules.

Experience

Preferred 2+ years of retail cash-handling experience, ideally within premium or luxury retail environments; prior client-facing sales experience is advantageous.
