Role & Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coach the cashier team to deliver impeccable client service and maintain brand standards at all points of sale.
  • Oversee daily cash operations including opening/closing tills, cash handling procedures and register reconciliation.
  • Perform and verify cash office functions: prepare deposits, resolve discrepancies and maintain audit-ready records.

  • Compile and communicate daily financial and transactional reports to store leadership.
