Role & Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coach the cashier team to deliver impeccable client service and maintain brand standards at all points of sale.
  • Oversee daily cash operations including opening/closing tills, cash handling procedures and register reconciliation.
  • Perform and verify cash office functions: prepare deposits, resolve discrepancies and maintain audit-ready records.
  • Ensure strict adherence to loss-prevention protocols, refunds/exchange policies and payment-card security standards.
  • Train staff on POS functionality, transaction flows, promotions and loyalty redemption procedures.
  • Collaborate with store management to optimize client flow, support sales targets and execute visual merchandising rotations.
  • Investigate and resolve client payment queries, chargebacks and disputed transactions in a professional manner.
  • Compile and communicate daily financial and transactional reports to store leadership.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a small team in a retail environment.
  • Demonstrable accuracy in cash handling, register reconciliation and basic accounting controls.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with experience managing transaction discrepancies and refunds.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a client-centric demeanour appropriate for luxury retail.
  • Availability to work flexible retail hours, including nights, weekends and peak sale periods.
