Coach seeks Café Manager for Shanghai Disneytown Café. Oversee daily operations, staff, and customer service in a luxury retail environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily café operations, including staff management, inventory monitoring, and customer satisfaction
- Supervise staff scheduling and arrange substitute coverage during absences or illness
- Monitor operational budget and identify opportunities to reduce costs while expanding the customer base
- Conduct inventory counts for coffee supplies and order new stock as needed
- Engage directly with customers, address inquiries, listen to feedback regarding food quality and service, and resolve complaints promptly
- Recommend new menu items based on customer preferences and feedback
- Develop and implement strategies for customer retention and acquisition
- Ensure adherence to all policies and procedures while maintaining a clean and organized work environment
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of leadership experience in food and beverage or hospitality sectors
- Ability to motivate team members to achieve and exceed performance standards
- Flexibility to accommodate varying work schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Current food handling certification and knowledge of food health and safety regulations
- Strong organizational, time management, communication, and customer service skills
