Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised, high‑touch client service that fosters long‑term relationships and repeat business.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and effective upselling.
  • Execute clienteling activities using CRM to track preferences, follow up on leads and manage appointments.
  • Maintain deep product knowledge and communicate product story, materials and craftsmanship to clients.
  • Uphold visual merchandising standards and ensure the boutique is presentation‑ready at all times.
  • Process transactions accurately using the point‑of‑sale system and handle cash/returns according to policy.
  • Support stockroom operations including receiving, replenishment, inventory counts and loss‑prevention measures.
  • Contribute to store events, local marketing initiatives and team sales strategies as required.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrable customer service orientation with polished interpersonal skills and professional presentation.
  • Strong verbal persuasion and active listening; ability to deliver tailored recommendations to luxury clients.
  • Numeracy and attention to detail for sales reconciliation, cash handling and transactional accuracy.
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and seasonal peak periods.
  • Legal authorization to work in the country of employment.

Experience

At least 1 year of retail sales experience; prior experience with a luxury or premium fashion brand is strongly preferred.
