Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed store KPIs and individual targets.

  • Drive local execution of global brand initiatives, promotions and visual merchandising directives to ensure brand consistency.
  • Manage staffing needs, daily scheduling and shift coordination to optimise coverage during peak trading periods.

Qualifications

  • Proven supervisory experience in luxury or premium retail, with a track record of delivering sales results.
  • Strong leadership and coaching capabilities with the ability to develop frontline talent.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; customer-centric orientation.
  • Flexible availability including weekends, evenings and public holidays as required by retail trading patterns.
  • Legal eligibility to work in the country of hire.
