Role & Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day boutique operations to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Coach, motivate and develop sales associates through one-on-one feedback, in-store training and performance reviews.
- Drive clienteling initiatives and ensure consistent execution of personalized service standards.
- Manage visual merchandising and floor sets to uphold brand presentation and local merchandising directives.
- Oversee inventory accuracy, stock replenishment, receiving and loss-prevention procedures.
- Monitor KPIs, prepare shift and sales reports, and work with management to implement action plans.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations and local labour rules.
- Support recruitment, onboarding and scheduling to ensure appropriate coverage for peak trading hours.
Qualifications
- Proven retail supervisory experience, preferably within a luxury or premium brand environment.
- Demonstrable record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing store KPIs.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop a high-performing team.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends and peak seasonal periods as required.
- Authorization to work in the United States (if applicable to location).
Skills
Experience
Typically 3+ years of retail experience with a minimum of 1–2 years in a supervisory or team-lead capacity; prior experience in luxury or premium fashion retail strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business, retail management or a related field preferred.
