Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional, personalised client experience that embodies the Coach brand and drives loyalty.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and communicate product stories, features and craftsmanship to clients.
  • Process sales transactions, returns and exchanges accurately using the store point-of-sale system and handle cash reconciliation.
  • Support visual merchandising standards, stock replenishment, inventory counts and loss-prevention procedures.
  • Assist with in-store events, private client appointments and coordinated selling initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to build rapport with discerning clients.
  • Flexible availability to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • Strong attention to detail and a professional presentation consistent with luxury retail standards.
  • Reliable, punctual and able to work both independently and as part of a high-performing store team.
  • Multilingual ability is an advantage but not required.

Experience

Previous retail sales experience preferred, ideally 1–2 years within luxury, premium fashion, or accessories; demonstrated track record of meeting sales targets and delivering high-touch client service.

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, fashion or customer service is desirable.
