Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalized service to high-value and new clients through active clienteling and follow-up to drive repeat business and lifetime value.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets and KPIs through consultative selling and product storytelling.
  • Execute visual merchandising and floor standards to maintain the brand image, including window displays, fixture styling and stock presentation.
  • Process transactions accurately using the store POS and CRM systems; handle returns, exchanges and gift services in line with policy.
  • Maintain product knowledge across handbags, leather goods, ready-to-wear and accessories; communicate provenance and craftsmanship to clients.
  • Support inventory management tasks including stock replenishment, cycle counts and shrink prevention procedures.
  • Contribute to team performance by sharing client insights, collaborating with the store manager on local marketing initiatives and supporting events.
  • Uphold loss-prevention, health & safety and brand compliance standards at all times.

Qualifications

  • Proven retail sales experience; 1+ years in luxury or premium retail preferred.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building repeat client relationships.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a service-oriented, client-first mindset.
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holiday periods.
  • Right to work in the hiring country and ability to comply with company policies.

Experience
