Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalized client service that reflects the Coach brand and drives long-term client relationships and loyalty.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through active selling, product knowledge and clienteling.
  • Execute visual merchandising and store presentation standards to maintain a premium boutique environment.
  • Operate POS systems accurately, manage transactions, returns and exchanges, and maintain daily cash-handling procedures.
  • Build and maintain client records using CRM and clienteling tools to drive repeat business and targeted outreach.
  • Manage stockroom operations, inventory replenishment and assist with receiving and stock audits.
  • Support loss-prevention procedures and store security protocols while adhering to brand policies and operational guidelines.
  • Participate in store events, product launches and team trainings as required.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to provide high-calibre client service in a retail or luxury environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a polished, professional presence.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • Reliable, punctual and able to meet physical demands of a retail role (standing, merchandise handling).
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Experience

Typically 1–2 years of retail sales experience; experience in luxury or premium brands strongly preferred. Demonstrated track record of meeting sales targets and retaining clients is advantageous.
