Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised client service and cultivate long-term relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up communications.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through consultative selling and upselling of product assortments.
  • Maintain exceptional boutique standards including visual merchandising, window presentation, and housekeeping.
  • Operate point-of-sale systems accurately; process transactions, returns and exchanges while ensuring cash-handling integrity.
  • Manage inventory activities: receive, replenish and cycle-count stock; liaise with stockroom and store leadership on replenishment needs.
  • Provide expert product knowledge across leather goods, ready-to-wear and accessories; advise clients on care and product provenance.
  • Support store events and product launches, including VIP appointments and private shopping experiences.
  • Adhere to loss-prevention protocols, brand compliance and corporate policies at all times.

Qualifications

  • Proven interpersonal skills with a track record of delivering high-quality customer service.
  • Previous retail experience; experience in luxury or premium fashion brands strongly preferred.
  • Strong numeracy and accuracy for transaction processing and stock control.
  • Availability to work retail schedules including evenings, weekends and peak holiday periods.
  • Legal authorization to work in the hiring country.

Experience
