Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding, personalised service to clientele, proactively building and maintaining client relationships (clienteling) to drive repeat business.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and product storytelling.
  • Manage daily point-of-sale transactions, returns and exchanges accurately while ensuring cash-handling and loss-prevention procedures are followed.
  • Maintain premium visual merchandising and presentation standards, including window displays and on-floor replenishment.
  • Develop and maintain thorough product knowledge across leather goods, accessories and ready-to-wear to advise clients with authority.
  • Support inventory counts, stock replenishment and accurate record-keeping; assist with store events and promotional activities.
  • Collaborate with store leadership on customer follow-up, CRM updates and execution of sales initiatives.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Eligible to work in the United States.
  • Professional, client-focused demeanour with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and holidays as required.

Experience

1–2 years of retail sales experience preferred; prior experience in luxury or premium retail environments strongly preferred.

Education
