Coach Boutique Manager

Role & Responsibilities
- Lead boutique sales performance to achieve and exceed monthly and seasonal KPIs, including sales, conversion and average transaction value.
- Manage daily store operations: opening/closing procedures, cash handling, visual merchandising standards and loss-prevention protocols.
- Recruit, coach and develop a high-performing team through regular feedback, performance reviews and targeted training to sustain clienteling excellence.
- Own inventory control and replenishment processes, oversee stockroom organisation and coordinate with regional inventory/planning teams.
- Prepare and submit operational and sales reports, analyze trends and implement corrective action plans to optimize productivity and margin.
- Drive exceptional client experiences through personalised service, follow-up and long-term relationship building with high-value customers.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies, health & safety regulations and local labour laws; manage staff scheduling and payroll controls.
Qualifications
- Proven retail management experience within luxury, premium fashion or accessories (typically 3+ years).
- Demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets and managing store-level P&L or budget responsibility.
- Strong leadership and people-development abilities, with experience in hiring, coaching and performance management.
- Excellent interpersonal and client-facing skills with an aptitude for building long-term customer relationships.
- Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and peak seasonal periods.

Typically 3–5 years of progressive retail management experience in luxury or premium fashion, with a proven record of driving sales and developing direct reports.
Education
High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in business, retail management, fashion or a related field preferred.
