Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and coach a boutique sales team to achieve and exceed store KPIs, including sales targets, conversion and average transaction value.
- Deliver exemplary client experiences through personalized clienteling, follow-up and maintaining high service standards.
- Oversee daily store operations including visual merchandising, stock replenishment, inventory control and loss-prevention procedures.
- Conduct on-floor training, performance reviews and development plans to elevate team selling capabilities and product knowledge.
- Act as on-duty manager in the absence of the store manager, resolving customer escalations and ensuring brand standards are upheld.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory or lead experience in retail, preferably within a luxury or premium fashion brand.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and coaching team members to improved performance.
- Demonstrated ability to manage store operations, inventory and visual merchandising standards.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and conflict-resolution skills; professional presentation consistent with a luxury brand.
- Availability for flexible scheduling including weekends, evenings and peak retail seasons.

At least 2 years of progressive retail experience with demonstrated supervisory responsibility; previous experience in luxury or premium accessories/leather goods is strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in retail management, business or a related field preferred.
