Role & Responsibilities

  • Operate the point-of-sale system to process sales, returns and exchanges accurately while maintaining a polished, client-focused manner.
  • Manage cash, card and digital transactions; perform regular cash counts and end-of-day till reconciliation with strict adherence to company controls.
  • Deliver elevated customer service and clienteling, building rapport with clientele and supporting upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Support boutique merchandising standards: assist with product presentation, replenish floor stock and ensure displays reflect brand guidelines.
  • Adhere to loss-prevention procedures and escalate unusual activity or discrepancies to management promptly.
  • Collaborate with store colleagues on reservation fulfilment, in-store pickups and special client requests to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Maintain professional grooming and brand-aligned appearance at all times.

Qualifications
